One of the debates which we had on the topic of whether Islam or Christianity is a peaceful religion in contemporary times is now available to watch on YouTube. I am sure both Muslims and Christians are compelled to disagree with numerous points made by either speaker, however it was an interesting debate to initiate on campus – disregarding all the complaints, and month-long nagging we received from numerous people about the sensitivity of the debate. The debate went on smoothly, and we did not encounter any problems with the audience, and the Christian Union were patient, as well as helpful throughout the day.
